According to the AP, Tim Pawlenty will form a presidential exploratory committee today. Forming an exploratory committee will allow him to raise money for a presidential campaign, but is not a sufficient act to say he's running for president definitively. He'll probably want to commission another Armageddon-esq movie trailer for the official announcement, so this could take some time, as well as input from Michael Bay.
