Iowa Republicans finally counted all the votes in Iowa and have declared it a tie. Even though Iowa Republicans were willing to call Romney a winner with only eight votes they aren't willing to say that Santorum won when he's ahead by 34 votes. The claim is that the vote tally is lost in eight precincts, even though on election night Santorum won those eight precincts by a large margin. Meanwhile, Rick Perry is finally dropping out of the race for the Republican presidential nomination and is set to endorse Newt Gingrich at an 11 am press conference.
