Romney's first ad is an attack ad that distorts an Obama quote

The first paid TV ad a serious candidate for president puts on television has always been positive affair. It sets the tone for the campaign and talks about the biography of the candidate and how the candidate hopes to make the country better. Since he's been running for president Mitt Romney has decided to throw that formula out the window with his first paid ad of the year and he's already getting called out for taking a clip of Obama quoting John McCain in 2008 and attributing it to Obama. As ThinkProgress points out the line where Obama says "if we keep talking about the economy, we're going to lose" is edited to distort the fact that Obama is quoting John McCain's campaign. The question is whether the media will call out the Romney campaign?
