This ad is by Americans for Responsible Leadership and is seeking to draft Chris Christie to run for President.

Coincidentally, former Democratic Senator Evan Bayh and current Fox News commentator had a leadership PAC called Americans for Responsible Leadership that he used to give donations to conservative Democrats.
