Romney backed the individual mandate in 1994

BlueMass Group reports that in 1994 Mitt Romney backed a federal individual mandate. That shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone because once Romney became Governor of Massachusetts he helped implement a groundbreaking healthcare reform that included an individual mandate.
